No purchases or payments on this website

This website does not sell products, take deposits or payments, or complete paid bookings. Sending the service-request form does not charge you. There is therefore no website checkout transaction to refund.

Services arranged directly

For a service, equipment purchase, deposit, or invoice arranged directly with Deckside, consult the terms provided with that transaction and applicable law. This page does not establish a blanket non-refundable deposit, cancellation fee, refund deadline, or refund guarantee.

Before agreeing to work or making a payment, ask Deckside to confirm the scope, price, cancellation arrangements, and any applicable refund or warranty terms in writing.

Request a cancellation or discuss a payment

Contact decksidepoolspa@yahoo.com or call 702-323-9610. Include your name, the service date or invoice reference if available, and a brief description of your request. Do not email full payment card details.

A message requesting cancellation does not itself confirm that a scheduled visit has been canceled. Ask Deckside to confirm the arrangement. The terms of your transaction and applicable law determine any refund and its timing.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
